Career OS
By evidence and reference

Your record is waiting to be written.

A finished product hides most of the work that made it possible, so most of what you are good at never makes it onto a page. Start with the work that best represents what you bring, show us where it lives, and name someone who watched you do it. A short call does the rest, and nothing you share moves anywhere without your say.

Career OS comes with membership. It is where your record lives: what you have built, what somebody else has confirmed, and where you are heading next. It starts empty. What you bring today is the first thing on it, and the person who would sign for it is the second.

Step one

A little about you.

Just enough for us to know who you are and where to find you. The interesting part comes next.

Step two

Start with the work you're proud of.

One piece is enough. Tell it the way you would to a colleague you respect. It's the first thing we read, and everything after it points back here.

What was the problem, what did you decide, and what changed because of you? The call that changed the direction often matters more than the feature that shipped.
A deck, a doc, a demo or a repo. Whatever lets us see it the way you do.
Step three

Who saw this work up close?

A manager, a peer, someone you built it alongside: a person who could tell the story from where they stood. If someone comes to mind, add them now. If not, your passport will ask again when there is a piece of work worth their word. Adding a name here contacts nobody.

Someone else who was there
Optional. A second perspective, from a different angle, adds depth.
Step four

One more thing, for the love of it.

Optional, and there is no right answer. Think of a product you use that most people underrate. What do you love about it, which parts do you reach for, and why does it deserve more credit than it gets?

Request received

That's with us.

We read every request ourselves. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a short call, and only then reach out to your references, with your go ahead. Watch your inbox at your email.

Cream introduces, and never forwards. Every step is yours to hold.
